Hello! I am Ms. Sayyeda Hall,  I am so happy to be here with you all through this first step in your venture into creating change in your life.  A little about myself before we get started. I am a certified Peer Recovery Specialist in the state of Virginia, that means I have been trained to support peers and families that may be going through somethings that may require a little support. Someone willing to motivate, guide and share parts of their story that may help get that person to where they need or want to be for themselves. 

I became a teen parent and raised four children as a single mother.   I am a resilient, skeptical, and yet Hopeful!  in short terms complicated. I know what it is like to want a different life, to do a lot of flailing around thinking I am doing everything  possible to move forward and still be stuck,  and to look around wondering how everyone is getting free but me.
