This session will start the healing process through conversation. An opportunity to release pent-up energy and verbalize; your feelings without judgment, concerns, vent, work out thoughts and understand situations you can't explain to yourself.

The Sessions support your need to reach the goals and milestones you are aiming for. Daily healing and wellness planning while understanding your mental health recovery process.
INTERACTIVE HEALING GROUP SESSIONS
Interactive Healing Sessions maybe One-on-One or
Group including mental and physical health support. provided virtually and In-person when applicable.
There are no scheduled sessions at this time.
This service is provided by a Relatable Peer Support Provide.
These sessions are not limited to light physical movement, Interactive activities that promote healing and wellness; using sounds, meditative rhythm, forms of expression, and some therapeutic exercises and activities.
Allows Healing, and Wellness in a group setting with Peers alike.
